I'm a maternity, newborn and family photographer based in Secret Harbour, photographing families across Rockingham, Mandurah and Perth's southern suburbs.

I'm also a wife and mum to two very energetic kids, Koa and Indie, so I know just how quickly the days (and years) seem to fly by. One minute you're bringing home a tiny newborn, and before you know it they're heading off to school with their own little personalities shining through.

Photography has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. After completing my Bachelor of Visual Arts with a major in Photography, I started Amber Peters Photography in 2015. More than a decade later, I still feel incredibly lucky that I get to call this my job.

My style is simple, timeless and relaxed. I don't believe in stiff posing or forced smiles. Instead, I create a calm, comfortable experience where you can simply slow down and enjoy being together while I capture the little moments you'll want to remember forever.

Whether I'm photographing your brand new baby, celebrating your pregnancy, or capturing your growing family at sunset, my focus is always the same—creating images that feel genuine, full of connection, and true to you.

When I'm not behind the camera, you'll usually find me at the beach with my family. My husband is a surfer, so we're outdoors whenever we can be, making the most of everything our beautiful coastline has to offer. I'm also a big fan of rock music, coffee and the wonderful chaos that comes with raising two kids.
