Wondering what to wear to your session?



Planning your outfits in advance is the best way to avoid stressing at the last minute. I realise choosing what to wear can be overwhelming but I'm here to help. My best advice is to keep it simple, the less is more approach and most importantly be comfortable and yourself!

 

Here are a few tips to help you prepare for your session with me.


  • Think about colours that compliment each other. Let's try not be matchy-matchy.
  • Wear something that will keep you cool in summer and warm in winter (lots of layers for the kids, they are more cooperative when snuggly and warm).
  • Neutral, earthy and pastel tones (if you love colour) look amazing at almost all locations and will keep you your photos timeless.
  • If we're heading to the beach definitely bring along your swimmers if your happy go for a dip, especially on a hot summer's day it's a great way to end your session.

Its was so great to catch up with Jo and her beautiful family we choose a bushland location in Baldivis and managed to to get a clear afternoon after rain all week and during the day. She styled her family to perfection for their first family shoot since welcoming baby Finn and wow did she nail it, the colours she choose suited the location perfectly!
